 Difference between CMYK and RGB


 Basically, RGB and CMYK color differences are very clear.  However, many graphic designers are still confused when applying it.  In fact, designing an image for print is fairly easy as long as you know the difference between RGB and CMYK as well as the result of color variations between the onscreen media and the printed media.

 If you have created a design in RGB color mode, then you should also remember to convert the design to CMYK before sending it for print.  It may even be necessary to manually correct the design colors by adjusting variations in cyan, magenta, yellow and main colors.

 4.RGB Is Widely Used In Drawings in Electronic Systems


 While the RGB color model is mostly used to display images on electronic systems.  RGB is usually used on television screens, computer monitors and is also used in photography.  LCD/LED TVs also use RGB color modes, and so do older CRT TVs.  Most cameras and scanners also use RGB.

 5.CMYK is Widely Used for Digital Printing


 Unlike RGB, CMYK is more functional in digital printing.  Designers prefer the CMYK color mode over RGB because it can cover some or all of the color on a white background.  Printed ink reduces the light that would otherwise be reflected.  So, that's why CMYK is called subtractive because the ink reduces the brightness of the image.
